Who is Lakas Empire?

Lakas Empire is a Car Club Formed in the Bay Area by @optics.media. A photographer who enjoyed to have chill meets and take photos. Benhur(Optics.media) hosted meets with Free photo shoot events for the car enthusiasts. From there he’s grown a reputation and made some cool friends along his events.

Benhur Built the foundation for the Club. Along Starting the Club, Ben then decided to ask if my now Co-Founder Ozzy and Mark wanted to start a Car Club. We then decided, the Birth of a Car Club back in 2020. But wasn’t official till 2021. It Took a while to find the right name for the Club, we wanted to be different. We wanted to be a Car Club that takes all Makes and model and yet feel like a Family and also be part of the community surrounding us. We ended up Naming it Lakas Empire.

(Lakas is a Tagalog word for Strength). Empire was added, because the goal is to create a Friendly Car meets, events for all to enjoy with out worry. The Car Community and meets were falling apart and wasn’t feeling the same. We wanted to involve and Bring all car clubs and community together. An Empire of car enthusiasts brought together, staying strong to keep the Car meets and future Car Enthusiasts going and strong.

Lakas Empire has then Collaborated with the Alameda County Firefighters, Tommy T’s Comedy Club, One Subaru of Hayward, Recognized by the City of Fremont Mayor, One Toyota of Oakland and more.

Lakas Empire has held many events and had held Fundraiser like Food Drive and school drives for the community. Lakas have Collaborated with many Car Clubs, shops and Vendors. The Dream of bringing togetherness is really taking shape. We are not even Scratching the surface yet, we have more work to do and we want to leave a Legacy for all car enthusiasts and it’s future enthusiasts alike.

Lakas Empire’s Mission Goal is to promote Safe Chill Environment for all car enthusiast to come and hang out. Help the Community and local business’s and promote their Business by holding events, help with fundraisers etc.
